Disclosure

CO-EDGE will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties (ie. other CO-EDGE members, CO-EDGE sponsors or suppliers) any user details derived from the registration for or use of an CO-EDGE service -- including names and addresses -- without the consent of the user (except as required by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others).

Any agents, contractors or companies used by CO-EDGE to perform service on CO-EDGE's behalf (ie. clinics, fitness programs, etc.) are provided personal information only as needed to perform their contracted services.

Collection and Use of User Information

Personal information is required from all users for the following purposes (not a complete list):

* event registration and communication (including league and event updates/changes)

* customer service

* billing

* marketing of upcoming CO-EDGE leagues and events

* marketing of upcoming non-CO-EDGE events we think will be of interest to you (no personal information will be disclosed to any third parties)

User Choice

A user may choose not to receive direct marketing communications from CO-EDGE by contacting the CO-EDGE office with this request. Upon such notification, CO-EDGE will remove the user from their distribution list.

A user may challenge/question/correct the accuracy of any personal information collected by CO-EDGE by contacting the CO-EDGE office with this request.
